Finished just before Christmas a testknit for a cardigan: the Riverside Cardigan from Gudrun Georges . I loved the simple, plain design, it’s a everyday vest without “chichi”, but has nevertheless an interesting detail once you look closer: the accentuate raglan decrease “seam” that continues into a side panel.
Finished this weekend my second Marsa Alam by Isabell Kraemer. I’m addicted with everything stripy and this little cardigan is perfect. Love everything about. It’s knit from the top down, more on the fitted side, narrow stripes, rounded neck and especially the technique for the set-in sleeves is my favourite one so far.
Yes this exists! A wearable knitted skirt! That does’t cling to your bottom or your legs disgracefully and puckers every time you sit down! I’m serious, I’m knitted one I’m absolutely happy with, me who wears normally only trousers, nothing to do. That means something!
Always looking for the perfect placemats for my kitchen table. Beautiful and useful… and handmade, please! After some testing I finally found a pattern I’m really happy with.
